1. Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates:
We offer various shipping options, including standard, and expedited delivery. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items and the delivery location. You will be provided with shipping options and rates at checkout.
3. Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 7-10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 3-6 business days.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online.
5. Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to addresses within Canada. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
6. Delivery Issues:
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Changes to Shipping Information:
If you need to update your shipping address or other details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in processing or has been shipped, changes may not be possible.
